Refund Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

At Candle Harmony, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. All products are inspected before shipment. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used candles.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with photographic proof within 7 days of delivery at support@candleharmony.com and we will gladly replace or refund the item.

We also offer an exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product with the same price. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of both the return and exchanged items.
